Who says a rainy wedding day can’t be magical? “Eleven months of planning, three days of production, multiple hurricanes and thunderstorms, hundreds of hours of logistics, floor-plans, and yes—lots of prayers— culminated with one spectacular surprise……” – 𝑲𝒊𝒎𝒎𝒊, 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝒘𝒆𝒅𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒓 @𝑫𝒓𝒂𝒈𝒐𝒏𝒇𝒍𝒚_𝑬𝒙𝒑) said it best. This is what it took to bring 𝑻𝒂𝒎𝒎𝒚 + 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒑𝒉𝒆𝒏’𝒔 fairytale wedding to life.
On the wedding day, it rained, then it rained some more. Spots we had selected for pictures were now mud filled puddles. But Tammy, with an unshakable smile, stayed cool and calm, laptop open, refreshing the page for the latest weather updates. Nothing was gonna stop their love, and their union. Her bride tribe by her side, champagne in hand, they brought the vibes, and kept her spirits high. Meanwhile, Stephen, equally relaxed, was hanging with his brother and the other groomsmen, playing dominos and watching football. Rain or shine, they knew that nothing could dampen the love they had built together, or the joy of celebrating with over 300 family members and friends.
What began as a wet and cloudy day in Discovery Bay, Jamaica, unfolded into a beautifully lit ceremony, an epic reception, and—just when everyone thought they’d seen it all—a surprise fireworks show to get the party started.
